Yes, most hypnotherapy approaches involve hypnosis and why wouldn't it when it's an incredible resource you can use every day to help you, to support you and drive you towards your goals.
So consider imagining a huge bowl of lemons. Bright, yellow, juicy lemons, in a bowl. Go on. They are the brightest yellow lemons you can imagine. Juicy lemons, the most juiciest lemons. Huge, squeezed against each other in a bowl (don't look at the ones in the picture). Now, imagine choosing a lemon from the bowl of lemons and holding it in your right hand so that its yellowness fills your vision and maybe you can imagine the yellow lemon with its pock marked skin (almost like a golf ball) coming closer and closer to your mouth and maybe you do bring the lemon to your mouth and take a deep, deep bite of it. Really sink your teeth into it. That sudden sharp taste as you bite. Juices dribbling from the corners of your mouth as you bite. The sensation of sticky juices around your lips. The lemon wasn't real but the saliva you just produced is. Just from a thought. Your thought. A thought you created.
