As a former head of training and consultancy for two national charity organisations, I am experienced in undertaking needs analysis and developing, designing and delivering learning interventions that will support your staff to achieve organisational goals. And a fantastic way in getting there is to invest in your staff, to show them you care about their well being. A workforce that feels valued, supported and enabled is more likely to be aligned with the organisation's ambitions. They are also more likely to feel confident and be more confident and focussed in their dealings with each other, colleagues and customers.

Call it well being slots, make them stress management sessions, offer assertiveness and applied communication techniques training. Hypnotherapy will underpin it all!

Hypnotherapy offers a range of approaches and tools that are geared towards removing barriers for individuals (and groups of individuals) boosting their capacity for engagement with their lives, both at work and in their personal lives.

The deep relaxation in hypnosis lowers stress hormones, which is highly effective in resetting the nervous system, helping balancing body and mind. Simply by lowering cortisol, cognitive function and all body systems improve. Combined with techniques such as solution focussed approaches or NLP applications, it's a 'win-win' for everyone.

  • Stress Management Session

(Identifying stressors at individual/group/company level; origins of stress; what's tapping your fingers about; realigning mind/body; tools/techniques smorgasbord)

  • Well being - Hypnosis for you

(Definitions; demonstrations; development of self hypnosis practice; benefits and applications)

  • Well being - Resilience & Balance

(Belief structures; current habits; mind/body connections; why not hypnosis; using pattern interruptors including visualisation, meditation approaches)

  • Assertiveness -Communicating with yourself and others

(models of communication; yes/no/but; what's resilience got to do with it; identifying & integrating assertive behaviours)

  • Coaching (for individuals)

(Identifying goals; current resources; emotional connection to goals; developing strategies; adoption of measurements; action planning). A block of 6 or more one hour sessions is recommended.

Sessions (except for coaching) are usually half a day (3 hours) and can be delivered online (usually zoom) or face to face.
